Elements of a Successful Chapter Operations Program

  1. Written plan & budget dedicated to alumni & parent relations.
  2. Written plan & budget dedicated to identifying, recruiting, training & recognizing volunteers to serve on your Advisory Board, and/or Educational Foundation Board, and/or Housing Corporation Board.
  3. Written plan & budget for maintaining a safe & competitive chapter house (for chapters who have housing on their campus).
  4. Written plan & budget for maintaining an excelling undergraduate chapter in all the metrics measured by your national organization and/or university.
  5. Written policies that ensure accountability for the chapter & members is upheld.
